02 PHASE 02

3D CAD & STAAD-Pro Structural Engineering

Days 5 to 10

Our in-house design office models your building in 3D STAAD-Pro to simulate live loads, crane dynamic loads, and extreme weather forces. Every column, rafter, and anchor bolt is optimized for maximum structural efficiency, followed by detailed architectural fabrication drawings.

03 PHASE 03

Factory Automated Steel Fabrication

Days 11 to 24

Fabrication commences at our high-capacity plant using certified prime steel. CNC plasma machines profile plates with laser accuracy, built-up I-beams are automatically submerged-arc welded, and structural members undergo SA 2.5 shot-blasting followed by dual-coat epoxy primer application.

04 PHASE 04

Logistics & Heavy On-Site Erection

Days 25 to 45

Fabricated components are transported to the site with sequenced logistics. Our certified rigging team utilizes heavy crawler cranes to erect columns, connect rafters with high-tensile Grade 8.8 bolts, install cold-formed purlins, and fix durable Galvalume roof and wall sheeting.

05 PHASE 05

Testing, Handover & Lifetime Warranty

Days 46 to 50

Final structural checks are performed including plumb-line alignment, weld ultrasonic validation, and roof rain-testing. Upon 100% satisfaction, as-built CAD drawings, structural warranty certificates, and keys are handed over for immediate occupancy.
